This lovely house is in a
prime location, within walking distance of both the centre of town and the
castle where there is a superb restaurant and a river beach with a pool.
Gated steps lead up to a
large terrace with stunning views over the Serra de Lousa. The front door opens
onto a nice hallway with built in shelved cupboards for storage and a staircase
which leads to an upper hallway, a huge lounge with a wood burning stove and a
small cloakroom with a toilet and wash hand basin. A door from the lower hall
brings you into the spacious kitchen/breakfast room and glazed double doors

Lousa is a lovely market town
with every amenity including schools, health centres, banks, supermarkets,
restaurants & coffee shops and for leisure there are indoor and outdoor
swimming pools, a rugby club and a sports centre. Coimbra (Portugal’s 3rd
city) is only a 25 minute drive.
